On 14th November 2014, The Regional Department of Defense Resources Management Studies organized the 9th edition of the Annual Scientific Conference with international attendance on „Defense Resources Management in the 21st Century”. The conference was focused on providing the necessary framework for analyzing the trends and opportunities characteristic of the current defense resources management, and emphasized the importance of operationalization of the theoretical concepts in this domain and their impact on actual security international environment.

In this conference participated 40 scientific researchers from military and civil establishments from Romania, Georgia, Azerbaidjan and Turkey and presented the findings of their work during the event in 38 articles.
